The Town of Holden Beach Board of Commissioners will meet Tuesday, January 17 for their regular monthly meeting. Significant items include:
- Update on adding bulkheaded parking lots in the 700 and 800 Blocks of OBW,
- Preliminary architectural plans for the town-owned property at 796 OBW,
- Request from Tri-Beach Fire Department for a new or upgraded fire station on the island to allow 24/7/365 service,
- New salary structure for Town employees and associated pay raises,
- Awarding a contract to study the Town’s water system and a second water tower.
