Board of Commissioners’ Meeting Agenda – March 2023
The Town of Holden Beach Board of Commissioners will meet Tuesday, March 14 for their regular monthly meeting and a Public Hearing. The Public Hearing regarding the Seagull Drive paving begins at 5:00 followed by the regular meeting. Highlights include a possible vote on the Pier and Block Q final design proposals, approving a contract for the Sailfish Park Master Plan, and more discussion and action on town-owned 796 OBW. HBPOA Easter Membership Meeting
HBPOA will host a membership meeting on:
Saturday, April 8 at 10:00am
at Town Hall
The Town Manager will discuss and answer questions on:
- Bike Lane/Repaving status
- Taxes and our newly reassessed property valuations
- Plans for the Pier and Block Q
- Plans for additional parking near the Sewer House (796 OBW)
- Paid Parking
- Changes to the Inlet Hazard Areas
- Other Town updates including Sailfish Park plans, Storm Water study, the water system study and other Town projects.
