Board of Commissioners’ Meeting Agenda June 2023
The Town of Holden Beach Board of Commissioners will meet Tuesday, June 20 at 5:00PM for their regular monthly meeting. Highlights include discussing and setting Public Hearings for a policy for canal bulkheads and docks, and increasing the lot coverage percentage from 30% to 40%. Vacancies on Town Boards and a review of Year 2 Paid Parking will also be discussed.
The Town Budget for FY ’23-’24 was approved at the June 15 meeting. Taxes will be $0.14/$100, or roughly $0.02 above the revenue neutral rate.
